Jabbari accused Majors of assaulting her in March 2023, but he has denied the allegations. Majors filed a cross complaint against Jabbari in June 2023, alleging that she had assaulted him.

According to law enforcement sources, Jabbari allegedly scratched Majors on the right hand and slapped him across the face with an open hand, causing a cut to his cheek and ear pain.

Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, has said that her client has security footage that shows Jabbari partying all night after the alleged attack. The footage reportedly shows Jabbari walking normally into an establishment, ordering drinks, dancing, and pushing her hair back with the hand she claimed Majors injured.

What Could Happen Next?

Jabbari is scheduled to appear in court on November 10, 2023. It is unclear how the new charges will impact the outcome of the case against Majors. It is possible that the charges against Jabbari could be dropped, or that they could lead to a plea deal. It is also possible that the case could go to trial.

What Does This Mean for Jonathan Majors?

The arrest of Jabbari is a positive development for Majors. It suggests that the police and prosecutors believe that Jabbari may not be a credible witness. However, the case is not over yet. It is possible that Jabbari could still be convicted of the charges against her, or that Majors could be convicted of the charges against him.
